Cottages New Zealand is a family owned and operated business, based in the Hawke’s Bay, and is one of the areas fastest growing building companies.
Established in 2004 by John and Rose Roil, the company has since produced over 200 buildings.
Cottages New Zealand has evolved from constructing cottage type lifestyle buildings, such as baches and secondary accommodation dwellings, to commercial and more recently educational buildings.
Our key point of difference is our ability to construct all buildings in our purpose built workshop and transport to site. This allows for much greater efficiencies in the workplace, as well as a high level of on-site security and safety, minimal disruption at the final location and shorter construction times.
In 2006, the company was awarded Hawke’s Bay Chamber of Commerce awards for both Small Business and Supreme Business of the Year.
Cottages New Zealand is a member of the Certified Builders Association of NZ and therefore adheres to strict guidelines for achieving the highest possible standards in workmanship and business practice. We can also offer clients a Certified Builders 10 year guarantee.
We provide a seamless process for every client from start to finish, from concept drawings to Council consent applications, right through to full completion and dealing with all subcontractors on the clients behalf.
Our office and workshop are open from Monday to Friday during business hours and by appointment outside of these times. Our Sales Team are always happy to show you around and to answer any questions you may have.
